Clinic Policies
Zero Tolerance Policy
We strive to offer an environment that is comfortable, inviting and respectful for all. Patients are our priority and we try our level best to make your visit pleasant and comfortable. We are completely supportive of our staff and neither the doctor nor management will tolerate any rude or aggressive behaviour. If a patient is rude and/or aggressive they will be told to leave the clinic immediately and the appointment/walk-in visit will be cancelled. In worst cases, 911 will be called and the person responsible will be reported to Police.
Test Reports
We do not discuss test results over the telephone. It is requested to kindly book an appointment to review your test results. You will be called if the physician would like to discuss your results. Please ensure your contact information is up to date with the reception.
Prescription Refills
We do not offer prescription refills by telephone or FAX. Please book an appointment or come as Walk-In if your medication is running low.
Telephonic Consults
Our physicians do not offer consultations over the telephone. Please book an appointment if you would like to speak to a physician. For any medical advice please call Health Link at 811 OR for any medical emergency call 911 or proceed to your nearest hospital.
